Fiserv Technology, Integration, and Business Process Optimization Services

The Bank of North Dakota is seeking experienced vendors to provide consulting, integration, and optimization services for its Fiserv‑based banking environment. The work will be delivered through multiple firm‑fixed‑price contracts with individual work orders that may be priced as time‑and‑materials or fixed‑price, covering business‑process improvement, system automation, data management, and related consulting activities. Vendors must demonstrate deep knowledge of Fiserv modules (Premier, Director Unity, Communicator Advantage, etc.) and be able to integrate third‑party platforms, provide advisory roadmaps, and support implementation and policy development as needed. • Core services: business‑process analysis, Fiserv system optimization, automation/RPA, data‑governance and analytics (Power BI, Snowflake, etc.). • Delivery model: multiple‑award contracts; work issued via separate work orders; rates submitted as fully‑loaded hourly labor rates. • Requirements: prior banking‑technology experience, Fiserv expertise, ability to complete a pre‑award Third‑Party Risk Management assessment, and compliance with state procurement policies (insurance, registration, non‑discrimination, etc.).
