The City of Winston-Salem is seeking Letters of Interest from qualified individuals or organizations to lease and operate a city-owned hydroponics/greenhouse facility. The facility is approximately 108’x60’ and began operating in 2022. The selected lessee will be responsible for independently managing the facility and aligning its use with community goals, such as improving access to healthy food, supporting education, and developing workforce pipelines.
