The City of Columbia is seeking a contractor to provide professional music, festival, and event planning services for Finlay Park. The contractor will assist the City with planning, coordinating, promoting, and executing high-quality public events. Services may include event concept development, entertainment booking, vendor coordination, production planning, sponsorship support, marketing assistance, logistical coordination, day-of event management, and post-event evaluation.
