Description
Washington County is seeking qualified contractors to perform tree removal services on multiple sites along county highways for the 2026‑2027 construction season. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and cleanup, including use of street sweepers to keep roadways clear. Work must comply with the 2025 MnDOT Standard Specifications and State Funded Contracts Special Provisions. Quotes must be submitted electronically by 3:00 PM on October 30, 2026 and include a cover letter, responsible contractor certification, cost breakdown, and signed terms. Evaluation will be pass/fail for compliance, with the contract awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The County may award multiple contracts, request clarifications, or issue a new RFQ if needed.
