Description
The NASA Leadership Development Program solicitation seeks a small‑business vendor to design, deliver, and manage a seven‑month, in‑person leadership training curriculum for 20‑30 NASA supervisors at the Glenn Research Center in Ohio. The contractor must provide six full‑day training sessions, a half‑day capstone, two individual coaching sessions per participant, administer assessments (e.g., VIA, ESCI), produce all curriculum materials, manage participant communications, collect evaluations, and submit a final report. All work is to be performed on‑site under a firm‑fixed‑price agreement with Net‑30 payment terms and FOB Destination shipping.
