REVOLVING LOAN FUND ADMINISTRATION

The County of Winnebago is seeking proposals from qualified non-profit organizations to manage and administer its Housing Development Revolving Loan Fund (RLF). The selected organization will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the RLF, including loan processing, disbursement, and repayment. The organization will also be responsible for providing technical assistance to borrowers and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
