The City of Ontario is seeking sealed bids to upgrade the fencing, access gates, sidewalks, ADA‑compliant driveways, parking‑lot islands, lighting, and landscaping at City Hall. The scope includes supply and install of high‑security steel fencing, three automatic lift gates, two electronic man‑gates, extensive civil works (curb, gutter, sidewalk removal/replacement), asphalt patching, concrete pad construction, and installation of bollards and a new light pole. Bidders must be Oregon‑licensed contractors, registered with the State Construction Contractor’s Board, and must comply with Oregon prevailing‑wage statutes.
