Business Financial Assistance Program Services for State Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Other State and Federal Program Funding

The City of Lakeport seeks a qualified consulting firm to operate its CDBG‑funded Business Financial Assistance Program. The consultant will manage the full loan lifecycle—including marketing, application intake, eligibility screening, underwriting, loan approval, closing, servicing, and compliance reporting—while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local CDBG guidelines. The scope also includes federal overlay reviews, national objective documentation, job creation/retention tracking, and assistance with future CDBG applications.
