Sentinel Utility Corridor Real Estate Licenses

The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide real estate licensing services for the Sentinel Utility Corridor project. The project involves acquiring temporary construction access licenses from landowners across approximately 1700 tracts of land in Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. The contractor will be responsible for negotiating with landowners, verifying ownership, and obtaining the necessary licenses. The contract is expected to be completed by March 2028. • The contractor will need to have experience in negotiating cross-country linear rights-of-way across rural private property outside of road rights of way and curative title resolution in the Western United States. • The contractor will need to have a team with relevant land acquisition experience, including experience in successfully obtaining agreements, resolving ownership issues, managing acquisition schedules, and maintaining positive landowner relationships. • The contractor will need to propose a schedule for completing the license requirement, which can include a ramp-up period. • The contractor will need to provide a Firm-Fixed Price for each landowner and an incentive fee for each successful license.
