Larchmont Golf Course - Master Planning & Building Improvements Project

The County of Missoula is seeking a qualified architectural/engineering firm to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for the Larchmont Golf Course and to produce construction‑ready design documents for selected improvements. The effort includes phased master‑planning, cost‑benefit analysis, schematic design, permitting support, and construction administration services. • Master Planning: site analysis, phased implementation, three design iterations, public outreach, and financial impact analysis. • Design Documents: detailed schematic and construction‑ready drawings for a maintenance building expansion and clubhouse upgrades, including cost estimates. • Permit & Construction Support: submission to City of Missoula, revisions, final construction set, and ongoing construction administration (submittal review, RFIs, site visits, punch‑list). The work must be completed by June 30 2028, with the contract expected to be executed by the end of September 2026.
