The State of Vermont is seeking a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install (optional), and maintain NSF‑Standard 41 certified composting toilet systems and related components for multiple state‑managed facilities. The contract includes provision of routine supplies (e.g., wood shavings, compost enhancers), 24‑hour emergency service, periodic inspections, and training for up to 20 staff members per session. Vendors must demonstrate extensive experience (≥10 years in equipment provision and ≥5 years in maintenance) and must meet stringent environmental, cybersecurity, and domestic‑preference requirements.
