OPERATION OF THE CHELMSFORD COUNTRY CLUB GOLF COURSE, FUNCTION HALL AND PUB

The Town of Chelmsford is seeking proposals for the operation of the Chelmsford Country Club Golf Course, Function Hall, and Pub. The contract will be for three years, beginning January 1, 2026, with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The proposal should include the operation of the golf course, function hall, and pub. Key responsibilities will include: • Managing the day-to-day operations of the golf course, function hall, and pub • Providing excellent customer service to patrons • Maintaining the facilities and equipment • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase revenue • Managing staff and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations The Town of Chelmsford is looking for a qualified and experienced operator to manage the country club and provide high-quality services to the community.
