ELECTRONIC MONITORING

The West Virginia Department of Homeland Security Division of Administrative Services is soliciting bids for Electronic Monitoring Services. The contract will be an open-end contract, and the services include Electronic Monitoring Bracelet, Keys/Key Sets, Alcohol Monitoring Equipment, Monitoring Facility, Data Control Center, Data Storage, Monitoring Facility Staff, Monitoring Services System, Alert Notifications, Reports, System, software & Mapping Services, and Support Services. • The contract will be used by various agency locations as indicated by order. • The services will be provided for an open-end contract. • The bid includes various line items for different services and equipment. • The vendor will be required to provide all necessary equipment and services for the electronic monitoring. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price and other factors.
