Request for Qualifications for Architectural Services

The City of Bismarck is seeking architectural services for the re-roofing of the Sludge Plant building at the Water Treatment facility. The successful applicant will provide consulting services for design, contract documents preparation, bidding, and contract administration. The project requires a study of the moisture infiltration into the current roof system to ensure the long-term health of the new roofing. The primary items for consideration include the firm's technical capabilities, experience, understanding of the project, knowledge of regulations, and availability of qualified personnel. • The project is located at 615 River Rd, Bismarck, ND 58504. • A site visit will be held on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM. • Qualifications statements are due on Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 3:00 PM. • The selection committee will rank the proposals and recommend a single firm to the Board of City Commissioners. • A detailed scope of work will be developed, and price will be negotiated with the selected firm.
