Energy Management Services

The Town of Medfield is seeking qualified energy management service companies to implement a comprehensive, performance-based Energy Conservation Project with guaranteed savings at its buildings and facilities. The selected company will enter into an Energy Management Services Contract with the town. The project aims to reduce energy consumption and costs. Key qualifications for respondents include having the appropriate DCAMM certification for Energy Management Services. • The project involves implementing energy conservation measures at town buildings and facilities. • The selected company will be required to provide guaranteed savings. • The town may cancel the RFQ or reject any and all responses if it determines that cancellation or rejection is in its best interest. • A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026, at 9:00 AM at the DPW.
