Long Term Care (LTC) Rate Setting and Audit Functions for LTC and Other Healthcare Facilities

The State of Wyoming, Department of Health, is seeking a contractor to provide long-term care rate setting and audit functions for healthcare facilities. The contractor will be responsible for providing technical assistance in establishing Medicaid reimbursement rates, auditing provider cost reports, and providing research, analysis, and policy compliance services. The contractor will work with various stakeholders, including Medicaid providers, to support the scope of work described in the RFP. Key services include: * Technical assistance in establishing Medicaid reimbursement rates for Wyoming providers of long-term care and other healthcare facilities * Audit services for long-term care and other healthcare facilities * Research, analysis, and policy compliance to support rate setting and program integrity * Provider communication and stakeholder engagement * Project management and support. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew for an additional 5 years. The State will negotiate payment terms based on a schedule to be determined by the proposer and the State.
