The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to apply high‑performance epoxy/fluoropolymer coatings to the bridge fencing, integrated lighting, poles, bollards, and concrete barriers on the North Ohio Street overpass, and to perform limited fence‑repair work (pipe‑split welding, mesh tack‑welds, and optional touch‑up paint removal). The contract is unit‑price based, with payment tied to actual quantities performed, and the scope may be reduced by the owner at any time.
• Paint and coat bridge fencing, lighting fixtures, poles, bollards, and concrete barriers using SSPC/NACE‑approved surface preparation.
• Repair fence defects: longitudinal pipe splits (9 EA), wire‑mesh tack‑welds (12 EA), and optional touch‑up paint removal (250 SF).
• Must meet strict environmental, temperature, and safety requirements; provide manufacturer data sheets, safety data sheets, shop drawings, and three comparable past projects.
