The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to repaint and coat the North Ohio Street overpass, including associated bridge fencing, light poles, and concrete barriers. The scope covers full surface preparation (abrasive blasting, cleaning to SSPC standards), application of a multi‑product Tnemec high‑performance coating system, and specialty fence‑related tasks such as touch‑up paint removal, pipe‑split repairs, and tack‑weld installation.
