The Shelby County Trustee’s Office is seeking qualified vendors to provide comprehensive title‑search services for parcels slated for upcoming tax‑sale auctions. The work covers three batches of roughly 1,750 parcels, requiring deep historical deed research, heir location, death‑notice verification, probate, divorce, bankruptcy, condemnation, and preservation‑act documentation. Vendors must deliver the title information into the County’s workflow system, which will automatically feed into the Debt Manager platform.
