Fairway Fertilizing Services

Knox County is seeking bids for Fairway Fertilizing Services. The successful bidder will be required to apply a commercial grade fertilizer to the fairways of Three Ridges Golf Course, covering approximately sixty acres. The application rate of the fertilizer shall be 300 pounds per acre. The project must be completed by May 15, 2013. • The fertilizer requested is 32-0-0 Polyon Ammonium 7%, Polyon 42,16%, Uflex 8.0%, with 2 pounds a.i. of molten formulated Ronstar. • The successful bidder must supply all equipment, fertilizer, labor, and materials needed to complete the project. • The bidder must exercise caution to protect persons and property and comply with safety provisions of applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide proof of insurance and complete an Insurance Checklist. • The bidder must submit a signed bid, including all required documentation, by the submission deadline date.
