Property, Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance Program

The Town of Miami Lakes is soliciting proposals to provide a complete cost-effective Property, Liability and Workers’ Compensation Insurance Program for the Town. The Proposer shall provide insurance coverage in accordance with the declaration pages included in Attachment B and manage all of the Town’s insurance needs during the period of the Agreement. The Proposer must have five years of experience writing property, liability, and workers’ compensation insurance for public entities in the State of Florida. Key services include claims management and recommending services that will best meet the needs of the Town in terms of cost, level of protection, and long-term feasibility. • The Proposer must provide a Technical component and a Price component in separate sealed packages for a complete Proposal. • The Proposer must submit a Certificate of Authority and acknowledge receipt of all addenda. • The Town reserves the right to negotiate the final Contract Price and to reject any or all Proposals. • The Proposer must comply with all applicable federal, state, county, and Town codes, rules, ordinances, laws, and regulations.
