WIOA Youth Program

The City of Lowell is seeking providers to offer comprehensive services for WIOA eligible youth between the ages of 16-24 who reside within the City of Lowell and surrounding towns. The services required include providing support for education, employment, and personal development. • The provider will be responsible for delivering services to eligible youth. • The provider must be able to work collaboratively with other organizations to provide comprehensive services. • The provider will be required to track and report on participant outcomes. • The contract will be awarded to the bidder who offers the best value to the City of Lowell.
