RFQ 902637 Full-Body Forensic X-Ray Machine

The County of Alameda is seeking a full-body forensic X-ray machine for the Coroner's Bureau. The machine must be a stationary, digital radiology X-ray system capable of full-body imaging, and must meet specific requirements including FDA clearance, low harmonics, and high-quality image processing. The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three years. The contractor must provide a complete solution including delivery, installation, system calibration, on-site staff training, and comprehensive documentation. Key features of the machine include: * FDA-cleared and compliant with Section 21CFR 1020.30 * Single-phase with protective earthing, 110 VAC, 60 Hz, and less than 1 kW power consumption * Capable of capturing full-body anterior-posterior (AP) and lateral digital radiographic images in a single sweep * Effective scanning area of at least 30 inches in width and 80 inches in length * Processing each acquired image within 40 seconds or less * C-frame structure capable of rotating around the body at angles ranging from 0 to 114 degrees * Mobile, adjustable X-ray cart compatible with the system * Detector with a fundamental pixel size of 100 μm and an actual resolution of up to 5.0 line pairs per mm * Bundled viewer software capable of generating addressable and searchable DICOM files * Image archival software capable of sending and retrieving images in DICOM 3.0 format
