LOI - Design Services LT Ross Building Structure Repair

The City of Knoxville is seeking a professional engineering and architectural consulting firm to provide design services for the LT Ross Building Structure Repair. The project involves repairing structural deficiencies, including concrete ramp separation, interior slab crack and settlement, and exterior Spandeck plank deterioration. The selected firm will provide civil/structural and geotechnical services, as well as architectural services for renovations of the interior spaces. The project requires expertise in geotechnical analysis, foundation design, and construction inspection. Key considerations include: • Work experience in the required disciplines • Experience of the proposed team assigned to the project • Relevant licensures and certifications • Project approach and methodology • Key project personnel qualifications and experience • Firms' availability and ability to meet with City personnel or conduct site visits as required
