Description
The City of Key West is seeking a qualified contractor to perform comprehensive structural repairs and related system upgrades to the Sound Recording Studio located on Lazy Way Lane. The work includes demolition, reinforcement, new steel tie‑beams, masonry, roofing, framing, façade, siding, trim, elevator installation, electrical distribution, HVAC, ductwork, underground utilities, drainage, landscaping, finishes, paint, permitting, and all necessary inspections to achieve final acceptance.
• Structural repair: tie beams, steel, spalling, CMU, footings, roof members, framing, facia, siding, trim, elevator supply/installation.
• MEP installations: full electrical distribution, HVAC systems, ductwork, underground utilities, drainage.
• Ancillary work: demolition, protection, storage, landscaping, painting, permitting, inspections, and final close‑out documentation.
• Deliverables include electronic plan files and all related specifications; all work must comply with the provided drawings and specifications.
