FY26 State Family Programs Workshop and Youth Symposium

The Louisiana National Guard (LANG) Office of Family Programs (OFP) is seeking a facility to provide 70 sleeping rooms, conference space, parking, catering, and dining accommodations for approximately 125 participants. The event will take place from Friday, 24 April 2026 to Sunday, 26 April 2026 in Baton Rouge, LA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform catering services, as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall also provide meeting space, dining space, and lodging accommodations. • The contractor shall provide 70 sleeping rooms for two nights, with a 12:00pm checkout. • The contractor shall provide parking for 115 vehicles, with in and out privileges. • The contractor shall provide catering services for approximately 125 adults for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, 25 April 2026, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, 26 April 2026. • The contractor shall provide meeting space for a general session, breakout sessions, and event operations. • The contractor shall provide audiovisual equipment and internet support for the meeting spaces.
