Civil Rights Center Construction

The University of South Carolina is seeking proposals to construct a new Civil Rights Center on its Columbia campus. The facility will be approximately 27,000 gross square feet across three stories, providing exhibition space, classrooms, event and study areas, a reading room, administrative offices, and associated support spaces. The scope also includes site improvements such as landscape design, hardscape, and utility infrastructure.
