Russell House Student Union Expansion and Renovation

The University of South Carolina is seeking qualified firms to design and construct the expansion and renovation of the Russell House Student Union, including selective demolition of portions of the existing Russell House and possibly the adjacent Thomson Building. The project will involve both interior and exterior upgrades to improve architectural aesthetics, infrastructure, and functional spaces for student use.
