SD WIC Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Services

The South Dakota Department of Health (DOH) is seeking a contractor to provide Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) services for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). The contractor will be responsible for providing EBT services, including card issuance, transaction processing, and customer support. The contract will be for a period of five years with the possibility of two one-year extensions. The contractor must provide a cost proposal that includes pricing for all required services, including equipment, software, and maintenance. The contractor must also provide a detailed narrative of their approach to providing the required services, including their experience, qualifications, and resources. • The contractor must have experience in providing EBT services to similar programs. • The contractor must have a proven track record of providing high-quality customer support. • The contractor must have the ability to provide equipment and software that meet the requirements of the program. • The contractor must have a plan in place for providing training and support to program staff and participants. • The contractor must have a plan in place for providing ongoing maintenance and support for the EBT system.
