STC RUCKUS NETWORK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

This solicitation creates a statewide term contract for the purchase, delivery, and support of Ruckus Networks products and services across South Carolina. The contract covers wired and wireless networking hardware, cloud‑based subscriptions, and a full suite of support and VAR services. Vendors must be Ruckus Elite Solution Provider resellers, provide discounts off the Ruckus MSRP, and submit required security questionnaires and insurance certifications. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s) and may be used by any state agency (local agencies optional). The five‑year contract (one‑year base with up to four one‑year renewals) begins September 2 2026. • Supply of Ruckus switches, access points, controllers, accessories, and licenses. • Provision of tiered support services (Watchdog, Advanced Replacement, Bulldog, etc.) for both wired and wireless equipment. • Optional VAR services (design, implementation, maintenance, training) with maximum hourly rates to be disclosed. • Mandatory compliance with FERPA, CJIS, HIPAA, IRS PUB‑1075, SCDIS‑200, and other state security standards. • Quarterly administrative‑services‑fee reporting (1.25 % of sales).
