Azores 1.8X (PC&S) Ground Fuel Delivery 2026

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide ground fuel delivery services in Azores, Portugal. The contract period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, with a 30-day delivery carryover. The contractor will be required to deliver gasoline, premium, unleaded (ULG) to two locations: LAJES FIELD and AAFES SERVICE STATION. The estimated quantities are 138,000 USG and 60,000 USG, respectively. The contractor must have the necessary permissions, certifications, qualifications, licenses, and commitments to deliver the product. • The contractor must provide a statement of conformance, certificate(s) of analysis or certificate(s) of quality, and a supply commitment letter. • The contractor must have a valid registration in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and labor standards. • The contractor must provide a written notice of award or acceptance of an offer within the time for acceptance specified in the offer.
