Micromobility Program for the City of Cheyenne

The City of Cheyenne and the Cheyenne Downtown Development Authority are seeking a qualified organization to develop, install, own, operate, and maintain a dockless vehicle program, including electric scooters and electric bikes, as part of a combined program or partnership. The selected firm will be required to sign a professional services agreement and provide a certificate of insurance. The proposal should include a technical proposal and a price proposal, submitted simultaneously via the City's eProcurement Portal. • The program should accommodate bike share and include electric scooters and electric bikes. • The proposal should include a detailed design and engineering services. • The selected firm will be required to provide a certificate of insurance. • The proposal shelf life should be at least 120 days. • The City will consider incomplete any proposal that does not acknowledge all addenda.
