The Humble Independent School District (Humble ISD) is soliciting a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CM‑AR) to provide pre‑construction and construction services for the Humble High School Phase 3 project, a $46 million, two‑story addition with demolition, interior renovations, site work, and associated infrastructure. The CM‑AR will work under a one‑step sealed‑proposal process, delivering design‑coordination, cost estimating, scheduling, procurement, and full construction management, and will be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and a 5 % bid bond.
