Description
The City of Avondale is disposing of a single Federal Signal STH‑10 electromechanical, omnidirectional siren (12‑port, approx. 46″ diameter) on a “as‑is, where‑is” basis. Interested buyers must submit a written quotation by the response deadline. The siren is located at the municipal operations service center and may be inspected on October 30, 2026 (reservation required). The buyer is responsible for payment within five business days of acceptance and must arrange pickup within ten business days, providing their own loading equipment. The City will award the contract to the most advantageous offer, not necessarily the highest price.
