Insurance Brokerage Services

Leon County Government is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive insurance brokerage and risk management services. The selected firm will be expected to provide proactive account management, strategic risk management guidance, insurance market expertise, and responsive service. The scope of services includes marketing for insurance, claim administration, policy holder services, and additional services such as analyzing the County's exposure to loss and providing training and resources. The County is looking for a multi-year, flat-fee brokerage services agreement with a term of 2.5 years and the option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods. • Marketing for insurance will include all coverage of the County’s insurance indicated in this RFP. • Claim administration will include periodic claim reviews and active involvement in prior claims where necessary. • Policy holder services will include providing prompt and accurate service for day-to-day concerns and questions. • Additional services will include analyzing the County's exposure to loss and providing training and resources. The County is seeking a highly qualified broker capable of providing comprehensive insurance brokerage and risk management services. The selected firm will be expected to meet high performance standards throughout the term of the agreement.
