Description

The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified nonprofit (or eligible organization) to design, develop, and implement a Community Mental Health Advocacy Training Program aimed at youth‑focused community stakeholders in high‑violence neighborhoods. The contractor will create curriculum, deliver training, provide stipends or assistance to participants, and establish an evaluation methodology with measurable outcomes. The contract is a 12‑month base term with two optional one‑year renewals, capped at a maximum budget of $200,000. • Design and deliver mental‑ and behavioral‑health advocacy training for ~250 community stakeholders (ages 12‑24) across targeted neighborhoods. • Provide curriculum materials, optional participant stipends, and a comprehensive evaluation/reporting plan. • Must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a physical office in Cincinnati, staff holding relevant Ohio mental‑health licensure, and meet insurance and compliance requirements.
