RECS RFP COMMISSION BCA-MANKATO/STATE PATROL HQ

The State of Minnesota is seeking a commissioning authority for the mechanical and electrical systems of two active Department of Public Safety projects: the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) at Bassett Drive in Mankato, MN, and the State Patrol Headquarters in Roseville, MN. The successful bidder will be responsible for providing commissioning services to ensure that the systems are installed, tested, and functioning as intended. • The project involves commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems for two buildings. • The successful bidder will be required to provide commissioning services, including testing and verification of system performance. • The project requires the bidder to have experience in commissioning similar systems and to have the necessary qualifications and certifications. • The bidder will be required to submit a proposal, including pricing and a description of their approach to the project. • The State of Minnesota reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with the successful bidder.
