Notice to General Contractors - Weevil Football Stadium

The University of Arkansas at Monticello is seeking qualified general‑contractor construction‑management firms to deliver a fast‑track, design‑build reconstruction of its existing football stadium. The scope includes demolition of the 1936 facility and construction of a new 2,000–2,400‑seat stadium with a press box, additional seating, and retention of existing visitor‑side bleachers. The contractor must provide GMP management, cost estimating, subcontractor bidding, schedule and cost control, and project close‑out services, and must be licensed in Arkansas and able to provide bonding capacity. Six hard‑copy submissions are required by mail. • Demolition and new construction of a collegiate football stadium (≈2,000–2,400 capacity). • Full construction‑management services under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) framework, including fast‑track scheduling. • Mandatory submission of licensure, bonding information, and detailed firm/ personnel experience; six hard‑copy copies mailed to the university.
