This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide one fully‑operated, self‑propelled asphalt paver (minimum three‑year‑old, model Terex CR362L or equivalent) with three experienced operators on an on‑call, 24/7 basis throughout eight California counties. The contractor must supply all labor, fuel, maintenance, transportation, traffic‑control coordination, and waste‑management services required for the equipment’s operation, and must respond to service requests within 72 hours. No subcontracting is permitted; the vendor must hold a valid Motor Carrier Permit, DIR registration, and a CSLB Class A‑General Engineering or C‑12 Earthwork & Paving license, and must meet insurance, bond, prevailing‑wage, and various federal‑sanctions certifications. The contract is estimated to run from May 1 2027 to April 30 2030 (approximately three years).
