Description
The City of Laguna Hills is seeking sealed bids for a city‑wide pavement rehabilitation program (CIP 101‑M). The scope includes excavation, grinding, asphalt concrete repairs, sidewalk repairs, cold planing, crack sealing, asphalt overlay, rubberized emulsion‑aggregate slurry, raising manholes and water valves, striping, and related activities at numerous locations throughout the city. Work will be performed under a Class A (or equivalent Class C) contractor license and must comply with California prevailing‑wage requirements and environmental BMPs. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; the base bid is the only portion considered for award. Bids are due by 2:30 PM on December 1, 2026, with questions due by November 13, 2026. No pre‑bid meeting is required.
