City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to supply 25 bio‑neutralizer chemical tablets used to neutralize chlorine in water treatment facilities. The tablets must meet precise size, weight, and composition requirements (2‑5/8″ diameter, 13/16″ thickness, approx. 5 oz weight, 35 % sodium sulfite active ingredient) and be non‑hazardous. All shipping and handling costs must be included in the unit price, and the vendor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet and warranty information with each delivery. The award will go to the lowest‑priced bidder that meets the technical specifications and delivery lead‑time.
