Administrative, Warehouse, Industrial, and Laydown Space Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility, WASHINGTON Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEASYSCOM)

The Department of the Navy (DoN) is seeking to lease space to accommodate various operational functions during the infrastructure upgrades at the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard (PSNS) in Bremerton, Washington. The lease is part of the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Plan (SIOP) to modernize and expand the shipyard's capabilities. The DoN is looking for existing space or Build-to-Suit solutions to satisfy 17 different space requirements. Offerors may submit one or multiple proposals to satisfy one or multiple space requirements. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing space to accommodate operational functions during SIOP construction • Meeting the detailed DoN requirements contained in the Phase 2 SFO documents • Submitting formal proposals for lease in accordance with the instructions of SFO LI-14174 • Allowing the Government to maintain operations seamlessly for the duration of SIOP construction • Co-locating multiple space requirements The DoN is seeking a lease that will enable them to complete the SIOP construction without disrupting their operations. The selected offeror will need to provide space that meets the DoN's requirements and allows for smooth operations during the construction period.
