Emergency Response Systems

The Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is seeking a vendor to provide Emergency Response Systems (ERS) services to approximately 740 clients in Delaware. The contract term is for four years, with the option for renewal. The vendor will be responsible for providing ERS equipment, installation, and monthly services to clients. The vendor will also be required to provide guidance and education to clients on the use of the ERS system. Some key points to consider include: * The vendor must be able to provide a Delaware Business License and a Certificate of Insurance to complete the contracting process. * The vendor must be able to provide ERS equipment that meets the requirements outlined in the RFP, including the option for fall detection. * The vendor must be able to provide installation and maintenance services for the ERS equipment. * The vendor must be able to provide monthly services to clients, including monitoring and response to emergency calls. * The vendor must be able to provide reports on services delivered to the state.
