The U.S. Government, through the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest, Romania, is soliciting quotations from qualified hotels located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, for lodging, parking, conference/meeting facilities, and catering services in support of an official U.S. Government-sponsored event. The contract type will be Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with a guaranteed minimum of 5 single deluxe rooms and a maximum of 65 single deluxe rooms. The contract period is from November 15-18, 2026. The services required include hotel single rooms, parking, conference/meeting rooms, and catering services for 60 persons. Some of the key requirements include: • Hotel single rooms for 60 persons between November 15, 2026, until November 18, 2026 • Parking for up to 50 spots between November 15, 2026 until November 18, 2026 • Conference/Meeting rooms/Meals: - November 16, 2026: 1 coffee break, 1 conference room, 1 room for registrations, 1 seated lunch break, and 2nd coffee break - November 17, 2026: 1 coffee break, 1 conference room, 1 room for registrations, 1 seated lunch break, and 2nd coffee break The contractor shall provide no rooms without an order issued by the Contracting Officer.
