Scheduled Cleaning Services Bldg 456 & Bldg 201-Rapid City, SD

The State of South Dakota, Department of the Military is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services for Buildings 456 and 201 located in Rapid City, SD. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and services necessary to perform the janitorial services as described in the specifications. The required result is to maintain the facility(s) in such a manner as to provide a clean, healthy, and safe work environment for occupants. • The contractor must provide janitorial services for the identified areas on the floor plan. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, ordinances, guidelines, permits, and requirements applicable to providing services. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability insurance, professional liability insurance, business automobile liability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must provide a detailed response to each requirement in the RFP, including a narrative of the offeror's assessment of the work to be performed, the offeror's ability and approach, and the resources necessary to fulfill the requirements.
