Sinton Campus Renovation

The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified contractors to renovate the existing Sinton Garage (≈15,000 sq ft), construct a new auxiliary building (≈3,250 sq ft) and a bio‑char production facility (≈3,700 sq ft), and perform associated site improvements on a 2.5‑acre campus. Bidders may submit separate trade bids (general construction, plumbing, electrical, mechanical) or a combination bid; a general‑construction bid is mandatory for any combination. The solicitation includes optional alternates for pre‑engineered metal building structures, a roof‑mounted photovoltaic system, and phased construction to maintain existing operations. The award will be based on the lowest and best price, with compliance to MBE/WBE inclusion goals for combination bids.
