Description
The VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System is seeking a qualified contractor to perform annual Category 1 (annual) and Category 5 (five‑year load) inspections, testing, and certification of its fleet of vertical lift systems (18 elevators/lifts). The work includes on‑site safety and maintenance inspections, reporting, issuance of certificates, and compliance with ASME, NFPA, OSHA, and VA security/records requirements. The contract will have a base year (2027) with up to four one‑year options through 2031. The contractor must provide certified inspectors (ASME‑QEI), meet Nevada licensing requirements, and handle all reporting within 14 working days of each inspection. No monetary ceiling is disclosed; price proposals are required for each year.
