The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research for a contract to provide comprehensive vertical‑lift (elevator and cart lift) inspection and certification services at the VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System in Reno, NV. The work includes annual Category‑1 safety inspections and five‑year load (Category‑5) inspections for 38 identified lift units, preparation of inspection reports, certificates, and any required corrective actions.
