Balloon Decoration Services

Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking qualified firms to provide balloon decorative services for the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the remainder of FY 2026. The contractor will design, transport, install, maintain, and strike balloon displays for monthly retail promotions, seasonal holidays, and ad‑hoc creative requests, ensuring compliance with safety, fire, and security protocols. Deliverables include monthly themed installations, special‑event displays, on‑call refresh services, and timely disposal reporting. The work is site‑specific, recurring throughout the year, and requires rapid turnover (24‑hour strike) and coordination with venue staff. • 1 hour–8 hour installations across multiple public areas (lobby, ballroom, bars, etc.). • Monthly “first‑of‑month” promotional displays plus additional holiday/event installations (e.g., Halloween, New Year’s Eve). • Mandatory onsite inspection for any display larger than 10 ft and a 24‑hour breakdown window after each event.
