Proposal for Professional Architectural, Engineering, Surverying and Design Services for NN WIC Facility Improvements

The Navajo Nation Division of Health seeks an architectural/engineering firm (or consortium) to develop full‑scope planning, design, and cost‑estimating packages for ten WIC facility improvement projects across the Navajo Nation. The work includes site surveys, utility and wastewater assessments, structural and MEP design, ADA compliance, and the production of a master plan with construction‑ready drawings and cost estimates for each site. The contract runs approximately nine months, from August 2026 to April 2027, and is subject to available funding with no disclosed ceiling. • Ten distinct facility projects (parking lot, office renovations, water‑line and wastewater upgrades, structural re‑leveling) across Tuba City, Pinon, Crownpoint, and Chinle. • Required deliverables: topographic/utility surveys, engineering reports, design drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and a consolidated WIC Facilities Master Plan. • Mandatory site visits to each WIC location; proposals must include W‑9, debarment form, insurance proof, and indicate any Navajo Business priority status.
